Sinisa StrbacChief Product Officer
Sinisa has been involved in programming and developing Tengai from start. Sinisa has over 12 years’ experience in recruiting and has been the driving force behind the recruitment agency TNG’s unbiased anonymous assessment strategy. Today he is the CPO of Tengai managing the day-to-day product development as well as innovating future development of Tengai.
Mathias AhdrianHead of Sales
Mathias has been working in sales for 13+ years. For the past seven years, Mathias has been working at the recruitment and staffing agency TNG, as an account manager and educating new employees in sales meetings and presentations. Besides his experiences in sales, Mathias has been a podcast moderator for "Tack för din ansökan" which was produced by TNG. Today, Mathias is Head of Sales at Tengai and will be focusing on new sales account management and developing an extensive sales strategy.
Sandra FarzoneAgile Team Lead
Sandra has a background in programming for a SaaS company and has a big interest in equality and getting more women interested in coding. Previously she has been working with getting more women to apply for developer roles as well as having more women active in the recruitment process. Today, Sandra is the Agile Team Lead for the developer team at Tengai and will be creating and maintaining the conditions that allow the team to be successful.
Sabina CardellProduct Developer
Sabina is a master's student in IT Management at Stockholm University. With a background in both business administration and computer and system sciences, she is passionate about aligning business with IT. Sabina is a curious person with a positive attitude towards learning. Today, she works with product development to bridge the gap between product strategy and development.
Sebastian Otarola SilvaHead of Engineering
As a lifelong tinkerer and explorer of technology, Sebastian has dipped his toes in every nook and cranny of tech, ranching from game development, VR, AI to blockchain. He's prototyped and produced several award-winning products for companies such as Klarna, Swedish National Television, and McDonalds to mention a few. That has earned him invitations to Google and Antler Global, among others, to share his opinion on how to build delightful products and prototypes.
Debora HermeleMarketing Specialist
Debora is a creative marketer with an international background in communication, PR, and media that has been a part of the Tengai team from the beginning. She is interested in understanding macro trends, developing effective digital media strategies for brands, and researching the changing media climate. After taking a break to finish her master's in Global Media studies at Stockholm University in 2020, she is now back at Tengai.
Sara DalvigFull Stack Developer
Sara started her professional journey with an MA in International Relations and Economics, and went on to spend some years working in the NGO and hospitality sectors in France, New Zealand and Australia. Along the way she discovered her passion for programming, and returned to Sweden to pursue this new dream. After completing a degree in Computer Science she spent time working as a consultant, before joining the Tengai team.
