All data storage within Tengai—such as personal information about candidates and recruiters, interview data, and decision-making materials—is conducted with the highest level of security in Sweden.

In addition, we are ISO-certified through our cloud provider, ensuring adherence to the strictest data security requirements for cloud services. This includes multiple data centers for backups, stable operations, and secure server facilities that prevent unauthorized access. When third-party systems are used, such as email providers, all systems and servers are located within the EU.

As a data processor for our clients, we offer well-developed Data Processing Agreements (DPA) and store personal data only as long as required by our clients and applicable laws, such as GDPR and anti-discrimination legislation. Additionally, candidates can delete or export their own interview data whenever they wish, in compliance with GDPR and the right to control their personal information.
