Of candidates recommend Tengai
Thought the interview was serious
The Upplands-Bro Municipality, located in Stockholm County in east central Sweden, has shown a real commitment to data-driven recruitment and for the past 10 years they have recruited without a resume. By raising awareness around skill-based recruitment, they continue to contribute to a sustainable labor market. As well as, being a public sector who is taking a great interest in AI and using digital solutions to make life better for the people who live in the community. At Upplands-Bro, they are aware of their own biases and recognize that it is impossible to not have any preconceived opinions. Which is why they wanted to use an unbiased screening software that cut bias from the process and delivered a fair experience for all applicants.
Since the launch of Tengai in May 2019, Upplands-Bro has been implementing the digital interview to screen for for different roles. Which has increased their approach further on what unbiased recruitment is in Sweden. As they continue to push the boundaries of what a hiring process can look like, they develop their approach and aim for the next level of unbiased recruitment.
"When it comes to the interview, I haven't found another solution on the market that can ensure a bias-free process. By using Tengai, we have successfully been able to upgrade our recruitment process to be focused on competency"
Havva Ilhan, Deputy Head of HR at Upplands-Bro
