How Tengai is leveling the playing field

Tengai started out as an idea; to mitigate bias in the job interview. It has, therefore, been extremely important during the development phase that the robot interview is equal to a blind interview. In other words, an interview where the assessment only will be based on competency and skill set. Nothing else. It’s an innovative and new-thinking candidate experience where everyone is getting the same experience.

The blind robot interview, in combination with Tengai’s human-like behavior, allows for an environment where job applicants can be themselves. Instead of being who they think the recruiters want them to be. Actually, 89% of job seekers who met Tengai say they could be more honest during the robot interview.
